"I hope this letter finds you well! I'm writing this letter to applaud your project manager for his professionalism and kind-heartedness in supervising the repairs in our home during October 2014 - February 2015.
One can understand the challenges that come from being displaced from one's home, and then over and above that, to have to constantly work with different sub-contractors to ensure that the work is done in a reasonable time, and with great care. Fortunately, the project manager was always present to answer questions and to ensure the work was well executed. His exceptionably personable, humble and tranquil demeanor combined with his professional work ethic allowed us to feel confident in the work done by the various sub-contractors. On more than one occasion, we called him late in the evening to discuss concerns, and on these occasions, he would immediately assure us that he would resolve the issue the very next day, and he did. The project manager obviously has a very rare talent; respecting people irrespective of their economic and other demographic attributes. We would go as far as to say that it is because of your project manager's supervision that we hold JMS in high regard and will return to JMS for additional work if need be.
